Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Statutory Government Filing Fees

Fees paid directly to governmental portals (such as Ministry of Corporate Affairs, GSTN, or Food Safety Standards Authority of India) are non-refundable once challans are generated or government processing has initiated.

2. Professional Consultancy Fee Refunds

If Prime Connect Services has not initiated document drafting or filing within 5 business days of complete client document submission, a 100% refund of professional service fees will be issued upon written cancellation.

3. Staffing Replacement Guarantee

For corporate staffing placements, if a placed candidate leaves or fails evaluation within the agreed 30-day warranty window, Prime Connect Services provides a replacement candidate at zero additional sourcing cost.
